Grandma Pugmire Comes to Visit!

Last week Grandma Pugmire came for a visit! As many of you know this has been a hard transition for me moving away from my family and friends so it's the best when we have visitors! and the sad fact that Ava has to relearn who her grandparents are each time she sees them. We had tons of fun hanging out, running erronds, shopping and going out to dinner. Come
back soon Grandma or anyone else that wants to visit.

Even Grandpa Pugmire stayed the weekend. I told him I was going to put this on my blog and he still continued to make faces!

Yesterday Ava had her first big fall. Her favorite thing to do in the whole world is to have me make loud bear noises while pounding on the floor and chasing her all around the house. Well I guess I got a little to into it and she ended up running into the coffee table and her cheek rammed into the metal leg part now she has a bruise on her cheek. I feel so bad but I am sure there is many more to come!

pUmPkIn TiMe!

On Tj's day off I decided it would be fun to do something festive so we headed to the pumpkin patch rain and all! Of course Ava was tired by the time we got there but we made the best of it!

She didn't like being thrown in with the pumpkins!

We even got to pet the cows!

Recent Pics!

Well we haven't been up to too much lately! Ava is busy as ever! walking on her own. She hates to be held now, which makes me sad my little baby is growing up so fast! The weather is very cold, wet and gray here now, guess winter has begun! A shout out to my brother. Happy Birthday John! He would have turned 40 last Sunday. He died in a tragic car accident when I was only 11. My family in Utah celebrated his birthday with a special dinner and lots of old memories. He was so fun, happy, outgoing and always lived life on the edge. I miss him so much but it's a great to know we will see him again some day.

Date Night! or Day!

Tj surpised me last week with Seahawk tickets! I have never been to an NFL game so I was so excited to go and I guess I am a seahawks fan by default now that I live here. He has a buddy he works with that is friends with Matt Hasselback and so we actually got his family tickets so we were chillin with all the family's of the players which was cool! Not to mention they were really good seats. Most people know that we don't get to spend very much time together because of his work schedule so it was nice to have a few hours to ourselves! My camera was having problems with the flash so I only got one good shot of us.

I found a picture of the stadium it is super nice and so loud! We had to yell if we wanted to talk to eachother. Tj said it's the loudest stadium in the nfl cause of how they built it. Just a little bit different than the college football days at BYU!

1 Year Pictures!

I have been meaning to post these pictures. We got them done when we were down in Utah. I was so worried they wouldn't turn out because Ava was exhausted when we took them and ended up throwing a bunch of tantrums! But Amie did a wonderful job and they turned out better than I imagined. If you are intersted her website is http://www.steeleyourheartphoto.com/ She is great! Thanks again Amie!

Hawaii!!!

Thanks so much to Aunt Judy and Uncle Bob! They were so thoughtful and kind to invite Ava and I on their family Hawaii trip. I had never been before and was so excited to go. It was just as beautiful as I had imagined. We had tons of fun hanging out with all the cousins. Ava had no fear when it came to the water so that kept me very busy!

This Picture was taken from the Villas we stayed at. It had a beautiful view of the beach.

We took the kids to a little petting zoo which also had horseback riding. I thought Ava would be frightened by the animals since she has never been around any but she ended up loving them all!

She loved riding on the horse with cousin Torrin.

We went and saw the dancers at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

Most of the Girls at PCC.

We ate and did some shopping at Haliewa.

Cousin Chris was so kind to offer to take Ava all the time! He was a huge help. Ava had so much fun in the water.

She wasn't so sure about the sand at first but then warmed right up to it.
We had such an amazing time! Thanks again so much!
