Happy Easter!

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter! Ava was a little sick but We had lots of fun hunting for eggs. She never wanted it to end!

Tonight we decorated Easter eggs with grammy and grandpa. We got glitter and dye everywhere but we had a blast!!

I was so happy we were in town to celebrate my dads 62nd birthday! My dad is fighting for his life right now. He has stage 4 lung cancer but has the most positive and determined attitude ever! I admire him so much! He lives his life as if nothing is wrong. He still works 40 hours a week and a second side job at thanksgiving point some weekends. He is an amazing example to all of us and has helped us all stay strong. I am praying for miracle. I know they can happen and my dad definately deserves one.

My sister was able to get us tickets to good things Utah one morning. I had never been to a live show. It was so fun and all the girls were super nice!

My dad surprised Ava and took her to build a bear. Everytime we pass it Ava wants to go in but I always change the subject I figured she was a little too young. She ended up loving every minute of it. We showed her every bear there was and she would not put this bunny down.

She even picked out all the accessories but I forgot to take a pic. Thanks Papa!

Animal Farm

My dad works at Thanksgiving point a few Sundays a month so whenever were in town we have to make a special trip down there. Ava loves most the animals and I'ts so nice being the only ones down there. We are able to take our time looking around and feeding the animals. I'ts so peaceful and quiet!

Sams Back!

A few weeks ago we headed back to Utah because My brother-in-law Sam returned home from his mission in Argentina. I can't believe two years has flown by. It seems like he just left! Ava was only about 6 months old when he left so she has changed sooo much! It was so cute seeing them meet all over again. She was so excited at first and now she is very timid and kinda mean around sam now. she says "No Sammy" when I ask her if she wants to go see him. Hoping its just a phase and she will want to be around him soon.

3 years!

Tj and I celebrated our 3rd Anniversary about a week ago! It seems so crazy that it's already been three years. Time has flown! I'm sure it has to do with having a very busy toddler! Tj surprised Ava and I and took us to Snoqualmie Falls. We had their 10 course breakfast. I swear it feels like that they just keep bringing the food out but it is amazing! The view was perfect as well. We got a window seat and Ava loved watching the water. I am thankful for all of Tj's hard work and dedication and what a great dad he is to our little Ava. Love you Teej. I didn't feel like getting sappy! So I will end there.
