Last Saturday I got a little bored and decided I would do something I don't to very often.... Read!! That's right I am not a very big reader and never have been but everyone kept talking about these books and my mom bought me the series last time when I was in Utah. I thought to myself maybe I will get around to them in a year or two or maybe never! Like the other books I had that just sit on the bookshelf collecting dust. But I was bored enough to start the Twilight series and to my surprise I have not been able to put it down since. I have never been interested in vampires or anything of that sort but this was so intriguing and I got very obsessed and was not able to put the stinking book down! Tj kept saying I have a problem since he has probably never seen me read a book in my life! and I went through Three books in Eight days! I just got so addicted. I know I wasn't the best mom the last week any chance I got to read I would! Even if Ava was content playing on the floor by herself I left her as long as I could! Now I kinda feel bad. I cannot wait for breaking dawn to come out I am so anxious to see what happens and for the movie although I think Edward needed to be a bit better looking!

I've been reading them too and I love them!!! I'm a bit slower at reading....I tend to fall asleep everytime I read, even though I totally love these books. I'm at the end of Twilight. I agree, I thought they should have picked a better looking edward too, but I do like the guy who plays him(because he's also in Harry Potter #4 as Cedric Diggory) and I liked him in that. Anyway, good reads!!
I didn't know the books were such a big deal until I went to Utah. I stated reading the first one here and then took it back with me. I finished it and tried to find the second one at the library and the lady laughed at me! My mom and I ended up buying the second two books and I stayed up and read them both while I was there. I am excited for the 4th book to come out and the movie (we should go if you are in Utah) Edward is always Josh in my mind, so the other dude is NASTY!
They are amazing. I was the same way, I actually didn't want to read them, because everyone in "Utah" made such a big deal. Im gald I did though because they are awesome! You should read her adult novel The Host to keep you a little occupied until Breaking dawn comes out.

Looks like you had so much fun on your bday! Um i want one of those cupcakes now! They look amazing! Thats also my new obsession I LOVE cupcakes and there is no where in Utah that has yummy ones!
Bolds come on now, you seriously loved those books? I barely made it through Twilight without puking from high school lovey doveyness overdose! At any rate, just glad to hear that you read a book! jk jk...kina ;)

Aren't they so addicting? I love when I finally do read books like these though... one's that you don't want to put down. It just sucks for my family, because they are majorly neglected!!! I just started Stephani Meyers adult novel, The Host. I'm not that far, but it hasn't gotten me HOOKED yet- so I can't tell if I'm going to like this one as much as her teeny-bopper ones! I'm pathetic!
