I cannot believe it has already been a year! The time has flown by! Last Saturday Kristi, Sarah and I had a polka-dot themed Birthday party for our kids since they are only weeks apart. We had lots of fun planning it well I did! We had a water balloon toss/water fight, we had all the kids bobb for apples, and a fun little pinata! Ava didn't get a great nap in the morning so by the time it came for the cake she was done for! and wanted out.
My blog is being retarded too. I can't figure out how to add as many photos as I want without having these big spaces in between so if anyone knows how to fix it feel free to let me know. thanks.

Independent and adventurous. You don't want much; just to break out of the guilded cage society has put you in and experience life to the fullest. Following orders isn't really one of your strong points, and you would rather live a life of poverty than being forced into something that you hate.

SuMmErTiMe!!!

I thought this pictures was so cute of the two of them watching the fireworks!

My friend took me to this awesome little recreation park that has this water spray pad connected it was so much fun! I was a little worried how Ava would like being wet but surprisingly she loved every minute of it! Everytime I tried to pick her up she would scream and cry she wanted to be in the water all the time!

Green Lake!
My friend and I have been talking about walking Green Lake for months! And we decided to finally do it since the weather has been great for the last coupleof weeks. It's about three miles around the whole lake and I figured it would be a good reason to see some more of seattle and burn some calories since I haven't been on a consistant work-out routine since ava was born!

Finally!!!
So we finally got a decent day here in Washington. I have been dying for some sun and Friday actually turned out perfect! On our way back from the mall I stopped by to say Hi to my friend Jen and since it was so nice out we decided to put our daughters in their little pool they have. I thought Ava would love it since she loves to sit and play in the bath but she hated it she was screaming and crying, at first she like it but as soon as she I sat her down in the water she threw a fit. I think the cold water may have had something to do with it!

Had to get a shot of the rolls. Love em!

Crawling!!!
Ava finally decided to crawl last week. Of course it was the one day I work but she is finally doing it! I shouldn't be too excited because she is into EVERYTHING now! She has been rolling and scooting for months but decided that was enough! Now I just need to baby proof everything!

Last Few Weeks...
The last few weeks have been pretty eventful! My sister-in-law Amanda had a homecoming up in Washington so my In-Laws came to town as well which is always fun! We also went to Cousin Maddie's Tu Tu cute Birthday party and had tons of fun with all the cousins. And Last weekend My friend Jen found babysitters for us so we could attend the lds women's conference in Everett after the conference was over she told me she got us tickets to see cirque du soleil (corteo). I have heard so much about it and was wanting to go so bad! I thought it was very interesting and different! The music creeped me out a bit at times but I thought it was very entertaining and was glad I got to go!
