The Fair!

It's that time again! I love the greasy fatty food, yummy sweets, rides and people watching! There's always interesting people at the fair! This was the first year Ava could go on any rides. I wasn't sure how she would react but of course she loved every minute! and sobbed when the rides were over! My camera was acting weird so I didn't get a bunch of pics but heres a few!

Piggy Paint!

I am so excited! I have been wanting to win some piggy paint for Ava for a while. Piggy paint is natual, non-toxic, odorless, kid friendly nail polish. My parents visit Seattle!

I was so excited when I heard my dad was going to be able to take a "chemo vaction" which means a month or two break from his treatments. I thought it was the perfect timing because it was during Seafair and My dad being a former marine loves the blue angels! So my mom and dad got to come visit for about 5 days. We were on the go constantly but it was so worth it! We even fit in some crab for my dad at pike place, got to do a run around Green Lake, dicks for lunch and lots of trophy cupcakes while they were here. I wish we lived closer it's so hard saying goodbe!

The First Day they were here we decided to watch the blue angels from the I-90 bridge. Wow it was way intense. They fly right over and Ava was freaking out at first because it was so loud! But then she kept saying "mo mo" she loved them!

The next two days we went and experienced the park. Which is super crowded. They have lots of yummy fatty foods pretty much fair food and lots of booths with freebies and handouts and you can watch the blue angels and hydroplanes from the hill.

My dad!

I nominated my dad for father of the year! I was so hoping we would win! My dad is such a wonderful man I thought he definately deserved this. He is still father of the year in my book! The Zoo

I promised Zoey when she came to stay with us we would go to the zoo. I was kinda hoping deep down she would forget but she was too excited about it and kept reminding me. I thought it was a perfect time for us to go since I I hadn't been to the zoo since I moved to Washington. Tj was even able to take the day off to come with us.

Of course we had to ride the carousel.

Cousin Zoey comes for a visit!

Last month we were able to watch my niece Zoey in Washington for a week while my sister and her husband took a vacation with some friends up here. Ava loved having Zoey stay over. We did lots of fun things! One thing they were obsessed with was riding ava's dora 4 wheeler, together! We also went to the spray pad park since it was boiling hot up here we had to find some way to stay cool!

Happy Birthday Ava!!!

I cannot believe my baby is two now! Where has the time gone! I am so sad she is getting so big! I wish I could stop time or at least slow it down! Next thing you know she will be driving and going on dates. Scary!!!This was the party I threw in Washington. I did a cupcake theme. My favorite of course! and now Ava is obsessed with them.
